A washer dryer does two jobs in one cabinet, which makes it very convenient in townhouses and flats where space is tight. It also means more parts can go wrong: a drying heater, a fan, a condenser and extra temperature sensors on top of everything a normal washing machine has.
We repair both the washing and the drying side of combination machines from Samsung, LG, Bosch, Beko, Hisense and others.

Why washer dryers stop drying
The usual causes are a failed drying heater, a blown thermal fuse or a blocked condenser. Lint builds up in the drying duct over time and restricts airflow, which makes the machine overheat and eventually blow a safety fuse. Regular cleaning prevents most of these faults.

Washer Dryer Repairs: frequently asked questions
Can you repair just the drying part?
Yes. If the machine washes fine but will not dry, we test the drying heater, fan, sensors and condenser and repair only what has failed.
