If your washing machine is full of water at the end of a cycle, the drainage system is the first suspect. The drain pump pushes water out through the hose, protected by a filter that catches coins, buttons and fluff. When the filter blocks or the pump fails, the water stays in.
Drain faults are among the quickest repairs we do. Many are cleared in under an hour, and the machine is back to normal the same day.

Drain Pump Repairs: frequently asked questions
Can I clear the filter myself?
Yes, on most front loaders. The filter is behind a small panel at the bottom front of the machine. Place towels and a shallow tray under it, as a lot of water can come out. If the filter is clear and the machine still will not drain, call us.
